Reply STOP to any message from the programme you want to leave. The opt-out takes effect at once and you will get a single confirmation, as carriers require. Reply HELP to any message to get the programme name and a way to reach a person.
STOP applies to the programme that sent the message. If you have opted in to more than one, reply STOP to each, or write to us and we will clear all of them together.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes the address; there is no confirmation step and no survey to complete. Removals are processed immediately and always inside the ten days the CAN-SPAM Act allows.
Send the email address or mobile number you want suppressed to [email protected] with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will suppress it across every programme we operate — email and SMS alike — and confirm when it is done.
An opt-out is not a deletion. The address or number stays on a suppression list, which is how we make sure nothing reaches you again by accident. It is not used for anything else, and it is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. If you would rather the record were erased entirely, say so and we will explain what that means before doing it.
Tell us. Include the sending address or number and roughly when it arrived, and we will trace which programme it came from and why the suppression did not hold.
